Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy

At Evene Homes, we take pride in crafting and packaging our handmade candles with care and attention to detail. Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, slight variations in color, texture, fragrance, or finish may occur. These variations are natural and do not qualify as defects.
Order Cancellation:
Orders may be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not been processed or shipped. To request a cancellation, customers must send an email to info@evenehomes.com clearly mentioning their order number and cancellation request within the 6-hour timeframe.
Once an order has been processed, prepared, customized, or shipped, cancellations will not be accepted.
Returns:
We accept returns only in cases where the product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
To be eligible for a return, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order by emailing info@evenehomes.com with your order number and clear photographs showing the issue.
To qualify for a return:
The product must be unused and in its original condition.
The product must be returned in its original packaging.
The return request must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
We do not accept returns or refunds in the following cases:
Change of mind after purchase.
Minor color variations due to screen display differences.
Slight variations due to handmade production.
Customized or personalized candles.
Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery.
Refunds:
If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product. Customers may be responsible for return shipping charges unless the product was delivered damaged or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns. Evene Homes is not responsible for products lost or damaged during return transit.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment via Razorpay within 5–7 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Evene Homes reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds that do not meet the conditions stated above.
